Rocky Road Chocolate Crackles

  • 3 cups rice bubbles
  • 160g cooled, melted milk chocolate
  • 100g melted butter
  • 100g glace cherries, chopped
  • 30g mini marshmallows (or more!! If you use more, please use more melted milk chocolate.)
  • 15 small patty cases
When the melted chocolate has cooled slightly, place all of the ingredients into a mixing bowl and mix well to coat rice bubbles.
Spoon into patty cases and chill in fridge.

For the kids - Put out patty pans, pour rice bubbles and ingredients in to bowl, Mix all together once chocolate has been added, lick the bowl and help to eat them!
