Choc-Dipped Mallows
- 250g packet mega marshmallows
- 125g nestle milk melts
- 1/4 cup cream
- 20g butter
- Hundreds and thousands
- 1/3 cup toasted coconut
- 20 paddle pop sticks
- Combine milk melts, cream and butter in a heat resistant bowl. Place bowl over saucepan of simmering water (do not allow bowl to touch water) stir until chocolate has melted.
- Open mega mallows and insert a paddle pop stick in each marshmallow.
- To serve, dip each marshmallow in chocolate mixture then roll in your choice of hundreds and thousands or coconut.
