Choc-Dipped Mallows

  • 250g packet mega marshmallows
  • 125g nestle milk melts
  • 1/4 cup cream
  • 20g butter
  • Hundreds and thousands
  • 1/3 cup toasted coconut
  • 20 paddle pop sticks
  1. Combine milk melts, cream and butter in a heat resistant bowl. Place bowl over saucepan of simmering water (do not allow bowl to touch water) stir until chocolate has melted.
  2. Open mega mallows and insert a paddle pop stick in each marshmallow.
  3. To serve, dip each marshmallow in chocolate mixture then roll in your choice of hundreds and thousands or coconut.
