- 300ml thickened cream
- 500g cooking chocolate
- 200g marshmallows
- 1x 200g packet Tim Tam's chopped
- 1x 190g packet raspberry lollies, chopped
- 1x 180g clinkers, chopped
- Heat cream to boiling point and add chocolate.
- Remove from heat as soon as chocolate is melted.
- Add all other ingredients and stir well.
- Line a 28cm springform or slice tin with baking paper and spoon mixture in.
- Refrigerate until set.
