Rocky Road Cake

  • 300ml thickened cream
  • 500g cooking chocolate
  • 200g marshmallows
  • 1x 200g packet Tim Tam's chopped
  • 1x 190g packet raspberry lollies, chopped
  • 1x 180g clinkers, chopped
  1. Heat cream to boiling point and add chocolate.
  2. Remove from heat as soon as chocolate is melted.
  3. Add all other ingredients and stir well.
  4. Line a 28cm springform or slice tin with baking paper and spoon mixture in.
  5. Refrigerate until set.
