- 1 can condensed milk
- 1 packet dark chocolate melts
- 1 cup coconut (plus a bit extra)
- 2x teaspoons butter
- 1 small packet glace cherries, chopped.
Stir in cherries and coconut
Line a baking tray with baking paper and pour in mixture.
Sprinkle extra coconut over top of fudge and refrigerate.
When firm, cut into squares. Keep refrigerated.
