Mars Bar Crackles

  • 200g mars bars
  • 2 tablespoons pouring cream
  • 2 teaspoons cocoa powder, sifted
  • 3 cups rice bubbles
  • Sprinkles if you like
Place 20 paper cases onto tray, melt the mars bars, cream and cocoa in a glass bowl over simmering water. (Do not let bowl touch the water.) Stir the mixture until smooth. Put the rice bubbles in a separate large bowl, pour into chocolate mixture and stir until well mixed. Spoon the mixture into the paper cases and refrigerate until firm.

100 & 1000's can be sprinkled over the top before placing in the fridge if desired.

For the kids - Lay out paper cases, pour rice bubbles into bowl, mix in the wet ingredients, sprinkle 100 & 1000's on top, lick the bowl, help eat them!
