200g Milk chocolate, chopped
1/3 cup cream
1/2 teaspoon vanilla essence
1 cup marshmallows, chopped very small
sprinkles
Melt chocolate and cream together in microwave on med (30 sec bursts) cool slightly
Stir in marshmallows and place in fridge 3-4 hours until firm
Roll 1-2 teasppons of mixture into balls and roll in sprinkles
For the kids - Help to stir chocolate and cream mixture, stir in marshmallows, roll the balls in sprinkles, lick the bowl and help eat them!
