Crazy Bar Slice

  • 1/4 cup peanut butter
  • 60g butter, chopped
  • 4 cups marshmallows
  • 4 cups rice bubbles
  • 200g plain M&M's
  1. Melt peanut butter and butter in saucepan for 3 minutes or until melted and combined.
  2. Add marshmallows and cook until melted - transfer to a large bowl.
  3. Add rice bubbles and m&m's and stir.
  4. Line a 30cm x 25cm pan with baking paper. Spread in pan and smooth surface.
Refrigerate at least 2 hours, sprinkles can be sprinkled over top before refrigeration if desired.
Cut in squares to serve.

For the kids - Pour ingredients into bowl, stir the ingredients to combine, lick the bowl, help eat it!
