Choc-mallow Sauce

This is great on crepes or ice cream (or both at the same time!!)

  • 1/2 cups thickened cream
  • 125g milk chocolate
  • 100g white marshmallows
Place cream and chocolate in a saucepan over low heat. Stir with metal spoon until melted. Stir in marshmallows and let melt. Serve.
