White Chocolate Bites

  • 1x cup powdered milk
  • 1/2 cup icing sugar
  • 1/2 cup desiccated coconut
  • 1 1/2 cups rice bubbles
  • 125g copha
  • 90g white chocolate, chopped
  • 1x cup mini marshmallows
  • Silver cachous to decorate
  1. Put 24 patty cases onto 1-2 baking trays.
  2. Combine powdered milk, icing sugar, coconut, mini mallows and rice bubbles in heat proof bowl.
  3. Melt copha in saucepan over medium heat and remove when melted. Stir in white chocolate until melted and combined.
  4. Stir into dry ingredients.
  5. Spoon mixture into paper cases and top with cachous.
Refrigerate until set.
