White Chocolate Bites
- 1x cup powdered milk
- 1/2 cup icing sugar
- 1/2 cup desiccated coconut
- 1 1/2 cups rice bubbles
- 125g copha
- 90g white chocolate, chopped
- 1x cup mini marshmallows
- Silver cachous to decorate
- Put 24 patty cases onto 1-2 baking trays.
- Combine powdered milk, icing sugar, coconut, mini mallows and rice bubbles in heat proof bowl.
- Melt copha in saucepan over medium heat and remove when melted. Stir in white chocolate until melted and combined.
- Stir into dry ingredients.
- Spoon mixture into paper cases and top with cachous.
Refrigerate until set.
