Chocolate Marshmallow Biscuits

  • 1 packet butternut biscuits
  • 200g chocolate melts
  • 30g copha
  • 250g packet pascal giant marshmallows
  • sprinkles or coconut for decoration
  1. Place chocolate melts and copha in a small bowl over simmering water, (dont let bowl touch the water.) Melt, stirring constantly.
  2. Spread a little chocolate mixture over bottom side of marshmallow and place chocolate side down onto biscuit. Refrigerate 5 minutes to set.
  3. Holding biscuit, dip each marshmallow into melted chocolate. Sprinkle with sprinkles or coconut and allow to set in fridge.
