No these are not ice creams, they are cupcakes! Dont you think they are just the cutest things? Even cuter was my beautiful little helper for the afternoon:
These are really easy to make and lots of fun. All you do is make any cake batter (I put hundreds and thousands through mine) and pour it into flat bottomed ice cream cones (stand each cone in a muffin hole) and fill until 3/4 full.
Bake for around 20 mins and you have yourself an ice cream cone cupcake!
The cones stay crunchy but they are best eaten on the day.
Ice with your favourite butter cream and add sprinkles and a jaffa on top, or in my case a malteaser.
